Swaged staple-lock male fittings

Staple-lock male fittings are designed for static pressure support in the mining system. An annular groove is located at the connection port of the male fittings and aims to be locked by a “D” profile staple when they are inserted into female staple lock ends；

Swaged staple-lock male fittings can be crimped into the hydraulic hose end with corresponding ferrules. The hydraulic hose generally covers DIN EN 853 1SN, 2SN, SAE 100R1, R2, etc wire braided hydraulic hose.

They convey static hydraulic power to support the mining hydraulic support and prevent the underground roadway from collapsing.

Swaged fitting nipple combined with the corresponding ferrule which is crimped on the end of the hydraulic hose.

Note:

The last number in the five item code: “1” stands for use with braided hoses; “2” stands for use with spiral hoses; e.g 67011 for braid; 67012 for spiral;

Item code with “T” means T-type thread nut, comparing to locked thread nut, T-type can be extracted out from the mandrel;
